The second edition of Intervitis India, a technology trade fair, will be organised by Messe Stuttgart and the Nashik Valley Wine Growers Association. The fair will take place on November 5, 2009 at the Gateway Hotel Ambad in Nashik. The German Wine Growers Association is the prime sponsor for this fair, which will focus on the technological developments in the wine industry and viticulture techniques.
Unlike its European counterpart, Intervitis Interfructa, covers development in the fruit and fruit juice industry. Intervitis India 2009 will be a specialised wine technology fair that is aimed at transferring the knowledge of viticulture, machinery and quality improvement within the wine fraternity of India.
Ratna Beratung is the official Indian representative of Intervitis Interfructa, Stuttgart. The upcoming trade fair will witness technical seminars by wine academicians and experts from Germany. The event will feature Indian speakers, who will shed light on the Indian wine scenario and the emerging trends. The organisers plan to address media personnel with regards to the Intervitis Interfructa 2010 and a few other developments on this front.
