Singapore’s DBS said on Tuesday it has got permission from India’s central bank to set up eight new branches in India.
“This brings DBS India’s presence to a total of 10 branches in key cities all across the country, including existing branches in New Delhi and Mumbai,” Southeast Asia’s largest lender said in a statement.
The new DBS branches will be in Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Moradabad, Nasik, Pune, Salem and Surat.
