I think Nasik would be relatively less impacted compared to Pune and Mumbai.

The prices are still reasonable and affordable in Nasik.

Of course, the negative sentiment will affect all areas but some will have more, some less.

Nashik flat prices will hover at Rs 2000-2500, unless Land prices do not go down flat prices will never go down as the developers in Nashik since last 1-2 years are struggling to get cheap land.

mind you the builder-developer in Nashik is making minimun profit compared to the land owner.

Land prices in nashik should go down by 30-40% in order to maintain healthy growth in development of Nashik.

Alternately, outskirts of Nashik city will be developed faster and one will find prices of rs 1200-1800 in these areas.
