The power situation gone to worse from Bad with no Rains as Nashik has only received 20 % of rainfall. Nashik being the worst affected in a Crisis like situation Last week as a desperate measure and no availability of power, MSEDC the Maharashtra state has decided to cut power from previous 16 hours to 40 hours in the Industrial Area. Residential Area they have decided to increase the power cut to 6-7 hours daily.

Unless the rain gods are happy it is forceful mandatory weekend for Industries. This is not good for the Nashik economy which was already reeling under the crisis from man Power shortage and now rain fall including power cut. Reliable sources have confirmed a 50 % water Cut from August if the rain gods are not pleased and a 75 % water cut from September.
