Are these prices for per Sq. ft. of carpet area? Or built-up area? or super-built-up area?

How does it work in Nashik?

How many percentage are added over carpet area to arrive at area for which prices are displayed?

Some are square Yard some are Acres for Agriculture or larger Land as well. If constructed area then the prices are for Built / Super Builtup/

Since these are only indicative only you can refer them only for purpose of Indications.

Thanks Ashwin for the response. I believe like in Mumbai, built up area would be about 15% more than carpet area and super-built-up can be about 35 to 40% more than carpet area?

I have also seen the trend in Nasik that a flat on groud floor will cost more than the one on first floor. And as you go higher the flat prices decrease. Is that true? Why would people prefer this way?
